When you use the contact or booking forms, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, solely so we can respond to you. We also collect anonymous usage analytics (page views and link clicks) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Your information is used only to reply to your enquiries, arrange bookings, and improve the site. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Cookies & storage

The site stores small preferences (such as your theme choice and saved articles) locally in your browser. These never leave your device.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have shared. Reach out any time via the contact page.

By accessing and using remeshr.com you agree to the following terms. If you book a session through this site, the section on bookings and consultations forms part of your agreement with us.

Use of the site

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. You may browse, read and share content, but you may not reproduce or republish it for commercial use without permission.

Bookings & consultations

Sessions are booked directly on this site. The terms below apply to every booking, and are also summarised on the Booking Confirmation document you receive.

Making a booking

You choose a service, the length of the session, and an available date and time. Only genuinely free times are offered: slots that are already booked, days marked unavailable, and times inside any minimum notice period are not shown. All times are displayed in the working timezone shown during booking, so please allow for any difference from your own.

Confirming your details

Your email address and phone number are each confirmed with a one-time code before a booking is accepted. This protects both sides against mistyped contact details and bookings made in someone else's name. The details you provide must be your own, or those of a person who has authorised you to book on their behalf.

Fees, currency and payment

The fee for a session is shown before you confirm, in the currency displayed at checkout. Where a promotional code applies, the discount is calculated and shown on the same screen before payment. Payment is taken by card or PayPal at the time of booking. Where payment by bank transfer is offered, the slot is held for you and the booking is marked as awaiting transfer until the funds arrive; if they do not arrive before the session, the slot may be released. Some sessions are offered at no charge, in which case no payment step applies.

Confirmation and your Non-Disclosure Agreement

You receive a confirmation email as soon as the booking is placed, along with a link to your booking portal. The portal opens from that link alone, so there is no password to create or remember.

Before the session, you are asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement in the portal. Once you sign, a second email delivers your Booking Confirmation and the countersigned Non-Disclosure Agreement together as a single PDF. That document carries a unique Document Envelope ID, and a Sign ID recorded at the moment you signed, so the signed copy can always be identified. Where calendar syncing is enabled, a calendar invitation with the meeting link is sent for the agreed time.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel from your booking portal at any time, and re-download your confirmation document there. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time; requests made later than that may be charged in full. Rescheduling moves your booking to any time that is still free, and a session that has already taken place or been cancelled cannot be rescheduled.

Late arrival

A session ends at its originally scheduled time regardless of a delayed start, so that following bookings are not affected. Please join promptly.

What a session covers

A consultation provides general security guidance based on the information you share during the session. It is not legal advice, not a formal security audit, and not a substitute for a controlled assessment of your environment. Everything you share is treated as confidential and is governed by the Non-Disclosure Agreement accompanying your booking.

A booking covers the session itself. Any wider engagement that follows, including its scope, timelines and fees, is agreed separately in writing before work begins.
